「Evinrude®診断ソフトウェア・プログラム」は、エンジン・コントロール・ユニット（「ECU」）およびエンジン管理モジュール（「EMM」）と通信し、エンジン診断情報の取得、エンジン作動パラメーターの設定、エンジン・メンテナンスの実行、およびEvinrude®Direct Injectionまたは "DI"エンジン、さらにEvinrude®E-TEC®シリーズエンジンのエンジンレポートの印刷に使用されます。

I was a bit hesitant due to the fact that only authorized dealers can have the EvDiag software, but I called and talked to John before ordering. He assured me that it would work and it did with any information filled out when starting the software. I get full functionality (minus updates, but there are no more updates) of the BRP Evinrude Diagnostics 6 software. I installed on a Win 10 PC.

Used the EV6 diagnostic kit on 3 G2s so far. Works well. Also used the apps that came with the drivers to diagnose NMEA issues. A good purchase
This is a great working product that does what it says. Now I can update - without having to go to and pay an Evinrude reseller - my firmware of different Evinrude G2 hardware , change different motor parameters, get motor reports and clear fault codes.
