My computer doesn't recognize Suzuki diagnostic device, what can I do?

In most cases the problem is with the wrong COM port. To solve that problem that problem you need to assign right serial port to the device. Instructions are available in a .pdf file written in a Manual folder on a compact disc (CD), which you received with the device.
