Powersports-Diag offers secure and convenient payment options for customers worldwide.

All payments are processed through award winning Stripe secure payment systems designed to protect your personal and financial information.

Credit and Debit Card Payment Issues

If your credit or debit card payment is unsuccessful, please check the following:

• If your card is new or has recently been replaced, make sure it has been activated.
• Verify that the card number, expiration date, cardholder name, and security code have been entered correctly.
• Enter the card number without spaces or dashes.
• Make sure your card is enabled for online and international payments.
• Confirm that sufficient funds or available credit are available.
• Check whether your bank has blocked the transaction for security reasons.

If the payment continues to fail, please contact your card-issuing bank or select another available payment method.

Card Security Code

The card security code is a unique three- or four-digit number used to verify that the card is in your possession.

• Visa and Mastercard: the three-digit code printed on the back of the card.
• American Express: the four-digit code printed on the front of the card.

The security code is separate from your card number and is required to help protect your payment against unauthorized use.

Debit Card Spending Limits

Many debit cards are subject to daily spending or online transaction limits. These limits may prevent or delay an order even when sufficient funds are available in your bank account.

When you pay by debit card, the transaction amount may be reserved or placed on hold by your bank immediately after the order is submitted.

If you are unable to complete your payment, please contact your bank to confirm your daily spending limit, online payment permissions, and international transaction settings.

When Will I Be Charged?

When you place an order, your payment method may first be authorized to confirm that the required funds are available. After the order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

The final charge is processed according to the payment method used and the status of your order. In some cases, your bank may display the authorization as a pending transaction before the payment is fully completed.

If your payment is not authorized, the order will not be completed. You will be notified immediately and asked to select another payment method.

Payment Security

Your payment security is important to us. Powersports-Diag does not store complete credit or debit card details on its servers. Card payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers using encrypted payment technology.
